Our mission is to equip Christian youths, through the love and grace of God, to discover their inherent potentials, live above mediocrity and exhibit Christ-like excellence. By so doing, we seek to rid our society of sin, violence, crime and other social vices, militating against the will of God and our collective social existence. We work with local churches and communities to inculcate family values and promote a greater sense of shared experience. We envision a christ-centred society, founded on the love of God and neighbor, where "Lion and Lamb" dwell in peace and harmony. To achieve this, we seek the transformation of societies in the context of leadership development through personal transformation, development of leadership traits as well as the formation of administrative skills. We believe that in our communities, and because every human being is a picture of God, each person is relevant and should not be allowed to waste away.
